Why we’re here
Customers ask questions at all hours. Is this in stock? Where is my order? Do you ship to my country? If nobody answers, many of them simply leave. AI chat assistants can help, but the ones we tried had a common weakness: they rely on a single AI service. When that service is busy, rate-limited or down, the chat shows an error, often at the worst possible moment.
Our first plugin: Yelva Chat
Yelva Chat is an AI chat assistant for WooCommerce that knows your products and keeps a backup AI ready. If the main service fails, the backup answers instead, and your customer never sees an error.
