Why we started

We run online stores too.

Running a store means customers ask questions at all hours. Where is my order? Is this in stock? Do you ship to my country? We tried chat tools to help, and kept seeing the same problems. They were heavy, they were expensive, or they simply stopped working when the AI behind them had a bad day.

So we built the tool we wanted for ourselves: a chat assistant that knows your store, stays fast, and keeps answering even when one AI service fails. That became Yelva Chat, our first plugin.
