14-day money-back guarantee: if a Yelva Pro plugin isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of payment and you’ll get a full refund.
What’s covered
- New Pro purchases: ask within 14 days of buying.
- Yearly renewals: ask within 14 days of the renewal payment, for example if you forgot to cancel.
- Plan upgrades: ask within 14 days of the upgrade payment.
You don’t need to give a reason, though we’re always grateful to hear what we could improve.
How to ask for a refund
- Email info@wpyelva.com from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt email.
- Include your order number if you have it.
- We’ll confirm, usually within two business days.
Refunds are paid by our reseller, Freemius, back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Once refunded, the Pro licence is deactivated, and the plugin continues as the free version.
After 14 days
After 14 days, payments aren’t usually refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. If something has gone wrong on our side, contact us, and we’ll always look at it fairly.
Your legal rights
Pro licences are digital content that you receive immediately. Under EU and UK consumer law, the usual 14-day right to cancel can end once you start downloading digital content, if you agree to this at checkout. Our money-back guarantee gives you the same 14 days anyway, and it doesn’t reduce any other rights you have by law.
Fair use
We may refuse refunds where the guarantee is clearly being misused, for example repeated buying and refunding.
